You may request a return or exchange if:
• The product is damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete.
• The product received is significantly different from the description.
Conditions:
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging, with all labels and seals intact.
• Exchange or return requests must be directed to our Customer Service team.
Procedure:
• Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue.
• We’ll advise if we can arrange pick-up or if you need to send it back.
• Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund or arrange a replacement, based on your preference.
Exceptions:
